Still waiting for my R400

Outsurance claim they will pay R400 if they cannot beat your current quotation. They failed to beat my Car and Household insurance 2 weeks ago. I gave them my current quotation and bank details and there has been NO response from them. They must STOP lying to us through their false advertising
