On the date above I went to the atm to withdraw money, I insert my card as per normal and did everything as normal, I click on R5000 withdrawal, immediately the screen shows a big red cross on it says temporarily out of order swallows my card doesnt give my cash or a receipt, then I almost immediately receive an sms stating I have just withdrawn R5000 as I was still standing infront of the atm with nothing happening I then tried to insert my stop card but the card slot was slam shut, I was standing by the atm for almost and half an hour trying the emergency contact no 0800020600 held on for 20 minutes and exhausted my airtime, I then left went home and tried calling this useless no 0800020600 again hung on again for almost half an hour and still no assistance, I then went to Eerste river standard bank branch the following day explain to them the situation they give this slip saying short payment and gave me a new card and they said they'll get back to me within two days as the following day was the 1 may public holiday, its been almost a week now and I still have not received my money, I have bills to pay and I'm getting impatient now, I want my money and they service is pathetic, I ju
