FNB ONLINE APPLICATION

So I applied for a FNB card 4 weeks ago on-line, a consultant called me back to open up the account telephonically she provided me wit my account number and other details and informed me that my card would be delivered to me in 5 working days. Two weeks had passed and no card was delivered I called back a couple times and was pushed all over, I was then informed by a gentlemen that my card cannot be delivered to me. A day later someone else from FNB calls me and says Sorry about the confusion but your card will be delivered to you in 5 days, I told her I will not wait any longer please cancel my application for that card. A sms confirmation was given to me which stated the card had been cancelled. today I get an sms from FNB saying my salary has been paid to Smart Account. I called FNB 4 times today and got no joy, a lady told me that she cannot access my account details and I have no account number, and the system indicated that a account has been cancelled, she then pushed me to another option. I am totally fedup with your stupid and silly consultants at FNB, all I want is my salary back so I can pay for my home and car! I do not want a FNB account at all and never ever will.
