No one could help me

Good day, i phoned the call centre to get proof of settlement of the account. Apparently there is a shortfall amount, and I needed to phone the accounts department. When I phoned them I was at FNB Investment department, they put me through to the accounts dapartment.

That guy wanted to know the whole history for some reason, then what he said contradicts himself, I asked him for a direct nr to call back later, I waited and waited, so I hung up.

Then I phoned later on the nr I had, and then they just couldnt help me, and said I sould phone wesbank.

I phoned wesbank call centre again, finaly got to a lady who sounded like she could me, she spoke so soft I couldn't hear her properly, she offered to phone me back, but never did, she wrote the nr down correctly.

There is still an outstanding amount on the account, Wesbank was suppose to take the last instalment on the 24th of October, but for some stupid reason they didn't. Now I am phoning waisting my time and airtime to find out what that outstanding amount is and where to pay it, but no one can help me. How can no one be able to help me, are they so incapable or stupid? If wesbank want the money they will phone me
