VERY POOR SERVICE

I have been asking ABSA for my IT3B for over a week now. After sitting on a call for literally over an hour, in order to get assistance/speak to someone, I gave up.

I've sent numerous emails, and they never read the email and come back with generic replies, which doesn't solve my query/issue AT ALL. I don't have accounts with ABSA anymore (for a very good reason), so can't download my tax certificate, however ABSA can't understand that.

No response from ABSA or anyone equiped to help me. ALL I WANT IS AN IR3B for e-filing purposes...!!!

I am disgusted by the service I am receiving (rather... lack thereof)...
