I have called ABSA line 0860023646 for a IT3B Certificate for my tax consultant, They gave me a direct email address, I sent all my relevant info directly as per their request and no one has even responded and when you call the customer line, they put you through to the wrong department or you wait at least 20 minutes for someone to take your call. absoutely appalled.
