I logged a call on Monday to enquire how on earth can my premium sky rocket by 40%, I have had no claims whatsoever in the last year with Discovery, my vehicle has also depreciated and they say I must wait 2 (48hours) days for the premium/finance division to get back to me!!! Why on earth can they not transfer direct, I find this absolutely horrifically disgusting and absolute daylight!!
I have never ever experienced where an insurance company increase/inflate your premium by a whole 40% plus!!! Murphy's law when they call they won't get hold of me as I am out of SA for the next two days which I have advised them and now I as the client must suffer till Monday and call them again, I want a call by 17:00pm today.
