Purchase Air Tickets on FNB Platinum Credit Card

I purchased international flight tickets on my FNB Platinum credit card for my wife and I.
When i requested they honour their policy of "FREE GLOBAL TRAVEL INSURANCE" i was shunted arounded till i became so frustrated that i chose a private insurance for travel. I also got an SMS from their call centre stating that they cannot get hold of me. One of the reference numbers i did get out of FNB was "SI2013102405223"
