I have a policy with Dial Direct for almost 4 years now, with a cash bonus due in 2 months. The 1st three years I phoned them in Feb to reduce my premium because of the value of the cars depreciating. They helped me with no issues. The problem started last year. Because they could see on their system that the bonus would be due in less than 2 years, the decided that my premium would increase by 22%! That's an increase of 22% in 2012, and now in 2013 they are increasing my premium again by 22%! I phoned in to sort it out and they did help me, but unfortunately my premium still increases even though the value of mu cars depreciated. Please do not give me the sales pitch about labour and parts increasing every year. All my colleagues at work tells me that their payments decreases on a yearly basis. Even when I told your consultant that i can get a better rate somewhere else with a lower excess, she told me that she fully understand if I decide to go for a lower premium. Not even an attempt to try and keep me as a client! POOR client service forces me to explore other options.
