I purchased a voucher from this group and they offered a cash back reward card. I have paid for the card in August and was told it will take 20 to 40 days. I have waited for the card till today and they have deducted for more R 500.00 from my account. I have asked for them to stop the card further becuase I have been paying for something I have not received. I feel this is a rip off, becuase by the time one stops the card you have spent about R 400 without using it, this is not right. I need assistance to stop this company. I have called them numerous times to check where the card is, even today they still dont know where it is, I have paid for it and still paying but I do not have it. I have asked to speak to finance, there is not finance department. I have asked for them to stop it, they have not till today.
