Pocket POS -pointless

Have had my pocket POS machine since July/Aug 2013... It still isn't working despite numerous emails/ calls/ visits to branches.
I'm starting to think they don't have the infrastructure to support the product... I still haven't even been able to log into the mobile software and no one seems to have any idea or want to be able to help me. What a waste of R2, 000!
