I have requested this card from this company and they said its going to take 40 working days, this was requested in August and its November I still have not received the card and they have already deducted money for these months. I have sent numerous requests to stop the further deductions and to keep their card because of their poor service and poor handling of my queries. I called them again to ask why they have not done it they keep asking for emails to request the cancelation, I have done this for on the phone and on emails and Elaine has not done this. i need assistance, I have asked the bank to stop their deductions but they have changed their details and are continuing to deduct money from account.
