POOR SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY INSURE!!!

In early December 2013 my wife's car was taken to Auto Ross Panelbeaters in keniworth (Claremont) for items
removed/ from vehicle ie. Driver indicators;damaged the passenger head light in the event & also
removed hub caps & driver panel beading. We were issued with a loan car which we were grateful for but
when we were notified to collect the car at the panel beaters that we discovered that the car was incomplete as
the Head light & the beading strip was not replaced. We were then advised by the by the employee from panel beaters that the Assessor advised that their 'Supplier' does nto have stock of the items yet to find out that
Goldwagon right next door to the panel beater had stock.i then collected this quote from Goldwagon to show the person from Auto Ross that their is stock. We were advised that Auto Ross will have to get hold of the Assessor requesting for Authorisation to proceed with replacing the parts. We were then assured that the Matter will be resolved but their is just no communication between the Assessor - Panel Beater to advise status of the matter. The Ref/invoice nr 144689

Poor service i tell you!!!
