I sms'd Budget to get an insurance quote and Ross called me, he was so warm and kind and very proffesional, he was very polite and never grew weary of the many questions I asked him, whenver. He didn't have an answer he would go to the lengths of asking his superior, I am very hard to please but Ross really 'softened' me up :), Ross should be made into a trainer and teach people a thing or 2 about brilliant customer service, my husband would also mentioned that Ross is the man! :) Thank you Ross, you are the best and keep it up...
