Good Morning :

the incident happened on the 29th of August 2013 and to date has not been resolved.

My husband was withdrawing at the ATM and a black male came over his shoulder and cancelled the transaction, my husbands card was swallowed by the machine or it appeared to be and R2000 was withdrawn from another ATM within a few minutes. My husband called and stopped his card but it was to late.

He made a claim and since called the claims call centre on many occasions and no one ever calls back with exception to Lebo thank you for returning our call. The team leader Veronica never calls back or just ignores her customers seriously she as no customer service skills and is just plain rude. I spoke to Caleb yesterday and he advised that someone will call my husband by Friday which we will open our mouths and wait for that call from the investigator. I advised Caleb that as common courtesy to give Mr. Lachman a call to explain the progress of the claim, he said that either he will get Veronica the team leader or Janett the Manager will call to date no call received.
