I sent through an sms for a quote and one of the consultants did call ref: 22132303 and we'll outsurance didn't beat my current premiums. According to their adverts they are suppose to pay me R400.00 because they failed to beat my current premiums. I mentioned this to the consultants at the beginning of the call and well she didn't entertain it. This is pathetic service for such a big company not to keep their promises.
