I contacted the call centre on Friday the 8th February regarding a fee charged on my clicks credit card and requested billing dates to be sent to me. I was told a team leader would call me back. Still waiting! On Wednesday the 13th February I phoned back to find out why no team leader had phoned me back. Apparently he has now gone on leave. I asked to speak to the agent who I spoke to on Friday. When the call was put through to her the call was dropped. I then phoned back and spoke to the same guy who had tried to help and was told by end of the day a team leader would phone me. We are now on Saturday and still no call back. With service like this I demand that my overlimit fee be reversed. And to top it all the transaction on my card did not even earn any reward points - no idea why not. This also needs to be corrected!
