Efund for money at atm

On the 23/9/2019 i send my husband to withdraw money from my card. he tried to withdraw and put the pin but the card jammed he tried to cancel the transaction but could, he called me before i could respond there was already money withdrawal going thru my account and i told him i can't bring the stop card because there is already two withdrawals that where done, i called to stop the card i spoke to Maurice (ref 123046254). When the bank open i was at the bank explained what happened they put me thru to department they gave me a ref 3357760 and told me they going to call me after 3 days but they didn't i had to call them they told me they still investigating they will call me between the 13-20 Sep, i called them again on the 20 Sep i spoke to Caleb who said he will lodge a call. They called me on the 23 Sep but i was busy i saw their missed call i called hem back they told me the responce is they wont refund me because i phone late so i dont know what do they mean about calling late. I called them again to ask for a written response i spoke to Wayne who promise me he will email me the response till today he hasn't send me an d i'm not happy about their treatment
