Bad customer service

I have logged a claim with Standardbank department on 30 September 2013. The department has an SLA 0f 10 working days. After the 10 days, nobody got back to me to advise on the finaliation of the claim. I have made numerous calls to the call centre and nobody could give me feedback. On 19 September, I called again the call centre and they told me that they would get back to me by 23 September as the claim was long outstanding but still nobody got back to me on the day as promised. I followed up again on the 24 September and was given assurance that the Team leader Veronica will get back to me by the end of business day and still the deadline was not honoured. On the day 25 September I called again and spoke to Veronica who assured me that Aveshni will call me back after making me to have the run arounds. I had to use 2 phones as they will make me hold for 30 minutes for no reason and still I didn't receive any response from Standardbank till to date. I am dissatisfied with the service I received from Standardbank. The didn't honour their SLA and nobody bothered to let me know what's happening. They to me numerous times that someone will get back to me and still nothing.
