I had a loan with Credit-U, which was passed on to Blue Finance and then to Pholosa. Since then, they have changed my surname, sent mail to an address I left in 2002, and disrespected my payment arrangement. In 2011, I spoke to Lebogang after an endless struggle to sort these problems out. He promised to do so, and confirmed that my last payment will be June 2013, so I was happy when they stopped deducting payments in June 2013. Aug I started getting sms's I owe them R7605.87. I phoned in requesting detailed statement, spelled my e-mail address, and never received anything. Same thing Sept. 5 Nov, at night, I receive call, lady not listening to me, interrupting me the whole time telling me I an wrong, (I ended up shouting at her and ending the call, for her being so rude and unprofessional) I called back and confirmed that I was right, The personnel at Pholosa cannot even spell correctly, my e-mail address was incorrect. She said she will e-mail me the statement, but it will take 7 to 14 working days??? To e-mail info already on their system? I wish to dispute this account, (traces etc.) and receive a formal apology from Pholosa for the unprofessional mess they made on my account
