I had a Top-Up 135 contract at Cell C more or less 4 years ago. I stopped paying due to me not working anymore and once I was able to pay again, I made contact with Cell C and they then redirected me to Pholosa. I then requested payment info and made debit arrangements. Long story short... After battling with Pholosa since June 2013. I finally made my "LAST" Eft payment for some or other charges and everything is settled - or so I thought.
Once again a debit goes off after I have emails and proof of payment proving that I was only waiting for a letter of confirmation to clear Cell C off my ITC.
To the CEO /Director of Pholosa or whoever is in-charge reading this: You need to equip your staff with etiquette and punctuality when dealing with human beings. I was promised my money back on Friday the 1st Nov 2013 and today is the 4th.
There are some people that actually want to pay their arrears but You people make our lives difficult!
