Bongane Msibi at Newcastle Banking never responds to any requests given to him before a complaint is registered? Why is this? I requested a confirmation letter from the bank for FICA reasons to confirm my banking details as I only receive internet statements which are not sufficient. I scanned and attached a copy of the letter I received when I opened that bank account and asked that an updated one be done. This request was made on 31 October. It is now 5 November and I have no response.
In the past when I have complained I have been apologized to but nothing ever changes?
