You are really not applying your minds to this matter and this is beyond frustrating! Yes, you paid back my premium for September. However, when you cancelled the policy you cancelled it with effect from the inception date. I therefore request that you reimburse me for ALL the premiums paid until that period. The policy was for myself and my parents. You have reimbursed the premiums for my parents and one for me for September. Are you not understanding my request now is for two things:
1. Please reimburse the premiums for me from March to August because the policy has been cancelled with effect from inception 1 March 2013.
2. I request for interest is for the premiums that were wrongfully deducted. Meaning for the premium deductions made for my mother AFTER SHE PASSED AWAY; for the premium deductions for my father AFTER HE PASSED AWAY; for my premium deduction AFTER I CANCELLED THE POLICY.
