Internet banking inaccessible

I have been to the bank 5 times to try and fix my internet banking, every time it works eventually but when I need to use it, it never works. they are yet to try and do anything to assist me :( this is really bad because what kind of bank has a internet banking function that doesn't work. your banking fees might be lower, but all in all I have spent more on banking by moving to capitech (5-8 hours wasted, R55 blown on parking, and R100 on petrol, and I don't even know how much airtime)

please assist me asap or I will turn all the positive marketing I have done for you into negative marketing...
