Avbob refuses to treat customers right

Dear Avbob

So you finally got something right. You refunded me back all the premiums for my mother and father's policy. But you messed up again!

I requested interest to be paid back to me on several corresponces with yourselves on hellopeter and on email. To date you have consistently ignored my request for interest to be paid on the wrongful deductions.

Secong, in August I cancelled my policy with you with immediate effect as I still remained on the policy. Firstly you continued to deduct my premium wrongfully AGAIN in September. You havnt acknowledged your wrong in this and havent credited me the premium.

Second you sent me a letter thereafter confirming my policy has been cancelled with effect from 1 March, which is the policy inception date. That therefore means you also owe me premiums for my policy as the policy is cancelled in its entirty.
Please can ALL the premiums be paid back to me. Second i want the interest payable on all the premiums.
I already sent an email about this over 2weeks ago with no response to Tina Pelser, Machel Habig, colin Carls, Chrisrie Engelbrecht, elmarie Stander and Faieza Ally. Out of the 6 of them no one could respond to my mail?!
