I have cancelled in writing my policy in September. In October they still deducted my premium. I have email them, phoned them and send prove to a call centre person. I would have been sorted out and my premium would have been paid back. November it was deducted again. So September the 15th, October the 15th and November the 15th premiums were deducted and now they want to pay me only one premium back. WOW that is plain.
