Avbob still deducts premiums for deceased persons

I took out a policy for my mother and father in January 2013 and the first premium went off at the end of January. Unfortunately my mother died in February and I advised Avbob, but I found that the premiums still continued to be deducted at the end of February. I contacted Iona Chester, the person who signed me up for the policy and she said they would reimburse me my premiums after three months.

My father since died in June as well and I advised Avbob. First they said they couldn't pay out on my dad because he died in the waiting period and the policy only kicked in in March.Firstly I want to know why they started deducting for the policy from January but it only kicked in in March.

Secondly, two months after notifying them of my father passing away, they are still deducting the premiums from my account yet wouldnt pay out a benefit. My mother's premium is also STILL being deducted from my account SIX MONTHS after she died! This is shoddy, in really bad taste and downright insensetive of Abvob to be doing this!
