Absa didnt refund my wife instead froze account

Good day, my wife was mugged at an ATM in Witbank, where the robbers took her Absa bank card and withdrew money from her account without knowing her pin. my wife reported thie incident to the police and to Absa. she was told by Absa that it would take 6 weeks for a refund, but instead her account was froze. this is the account that her salary is paid into and she cannot access it. she is a mother and wife and needs her money.
