My Absa Cheque Account was hacked and they have cleared me out, I am broke!!
I went into absa and now they tell me i have to wait 48 hours for them to investigate!! And only if they see i am no lying then i get a refund. How stupid is that??? why the would I use all my money over one weekend.
I need to know how the someone got access to my card, it seems it was cloned. Also the absa sms system is do delayed that i only the sms today, my phone went off like mad, with the buying all things on my account.
As sad i have 0 balance but absa thinks i should wait 48 hours..what ..u can see it is not me who done this!!
Please get someone in touch me, i have a CCP number ready and I dont want a generic response, I want a daily update, as i want my money back!!
