Unacceptable, disappointed

On 26/8/13 I went into Carnival mall branch loaded a beneficiary to VAF and paid R3500.00in account 216446160004 the next day I received a call from Std bank requesting payment I told them that I paid yesterday email was sent to VAF tracing dept with the proof of payment. No phone call or reply to this mail. I, assumed that the funds was traced and the account credited, as this had happened previously received a call on 2/10 from Sibusiso in Dbn upon returning his call he told me that the payment is still outstanding proof was again emailed to him within 10 minutes he replied to say that the payment was traced to another persons acc.on 4/11 I received a call demanding payment. The lack of respect Std Bank has for its customer /staff insensitive as this vehicle was written off but yet the call centre ask for the insurance details. Sibusiso said that it is a system glish what has this got to do with me y must I the customer suffer because of Std Bank negligence/incompentant staff.y must I suffer and pay the interest. I AM GETTING ARRESSING CALLS DEMANING THIS PAYMENT THREATENING TO BLACK LISTING ME?
