Good evening. My name is Zama Emmanuel Mohoase and I bank with Capitec Bank. Yesterday the 9th of January. 2013 at 19H24 I went to an FNB ATM machine at caltex dobsonville to withdraw money but as I was doing so the ATM machine took out a slip which told me that there was a problem and I should consult my branch for assistante then the machine went out of order then it came back on and other people could do their withdrawals. I then asked a guy that works for caltex what was wrong with the machine and he told me that the atm sometimes looses network and that my money might be reversed after a few minutes and that I should keep the atm slips as proof for the bank. I then went back to the atm later only to find that it was out of order and had done the same thing as mine to some guy. So today the 10th of jan 2013 io went to maponya mall capitec to report the manner and I was given my bank statement which states that I had withrawn money at sandton on the same day and time. I showed them the atm slips and I was told that they could not help me and I should go to the police and open a case with the ref no they gave me 6743895.I'm so disappointed as this money was my petrol money frm work
