Excellent service

As a small business owner in Cape Town I had a credit card machine with ABSA which ended up being one big frustration. They treated me like a number and the service was non existent. I recently moved to Durban and decided to give Capitec Bank a try and I was really pleasantly surprised!! Apart from the fact that all their fees, were much cheaper I got excellent service! I applied online and got an immediate response from Mr Kobalan Moodley the Card services representative. He was most helpful and arranged for someone to help me with the process. Within a few days Mr Kaylin Pather arrived at my business to install my machine and do my training.. Last Thursday night I noticed a problem with my machine and called the customer helpline. ( at night!) They promised to give the message through to my card service representative (Mr Pather) and I was so surprised when early the next morning Mr Pather showed up and quickly fixed my machine! All I can say is that I've only had excellent service from Capitec and they never made me feel just like a number, but like a valued client! FROM: Durban Laser Clinic
