I have settled and closed my loan account with Nedbank a month ago and followed up a week later to ensure everything was in order. But this account is still open on my credit report.
I called again this morning at 11:40 spoke to a consultant who put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up the phone. Also every time I am transferred i need to go through the security check which is rather irritating.
Please get this resolved.
