I have closed my total sports account months ago, and the account is closed on totalsports side. However it still reflects as open on my credit report. I want it closed.
I have called on 3 separate occasions to get this done and each time was advised it would be closed but months later its still open.
I also called today at 10:47 and spoke to a consultant who answered the phone laughing thus I could not make out her name. Once I explained I heard no reply and the call was hung up...
This is very frustrating, I dont like the fact that closed accounts is still affecting my credit rating!
