On the 14th of September 2013 I were assisted by Lucille in opening a new account at FNB after closing my account of 8 years at Standard Bank because of in component staff (lost my FICA documents 3 times) - she took my ID and my Electricity bill to FICA me - end September my salary went into my account no problem - OH MY WORD THEN OCTOBER CAME and WHAM ACCOUNT FROZEN BECAUSE NO FICA - went to see them they can not even find my documents after Lucille admitted that I gave her the documents in question - now I must FICA again - ^%&^*&^*& get real!!! What is the business world came to???
