Get your F-A-C-T-S right - FAST!!!

I had an old mutual retirement fund through a company I recently left. Coincidentally, this company has moved its business to another group as of 01/11/2013. I resigned on 11/10/2013. When I first contacted Old Mutual to confirm if they were notified of my resignation (as I wanted to ensure that I was not affected by the move to the new group as already confirmed by my previous company's HR Dept) I was informed that my previous company gave instruction for my portfolio included to be moved to the new group. I immediately took this up with my previous employer and received WRITTEN CONFIRMATION that the forms they submitted to Old Mutual clearly stipulated that my retirement fund needed to be paid out to me and NOT transferred. I then called OM a few days later and spoke to a consultant that confirmed the above and that my termination documents were received on 24/10/2013 and everything is currently being processed. Today I speak to Nonthando that DOES NOT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO L-I-S-T-E-N she just babbled about the portfolio being moved. I am so ANNOYED with Old Mutual. How many stories are there? Get your story straight!!! I want a manager to call me before I place another complaint.
