Saturday I was admitted to Helen Joseph folateng hospital. Apon arrival they told me I cannot be there i have to go to the state hospital. the whole weekend i heard nothing from them. on Monday I spoke to elize who said i have to be in the folateng ward and she will arrange it if my angina is not caused by cholesterol. I had to phone her 3 times to arrange this everytime she had an excuse and said she will call me back but this never happened! Today (Tuesday) i am being discharged, with the cause of my angina being the medicine a Essential med doctor prescribed me. Now that i want to claim and complain Elize does not answer her phone. As i had to pay casualty fees at Fourways life on Saturday after Essential said i should go there only to be transferred to state hospital. I have the boost (highest) most useless option at essential and should thus be in folateng private not state hospital. thus based on my policy I expect to claim my R17 000 for my 4 days in hospital as well as the R1200 casualty bill incurred at fourways life, as this is stated in my contract.
