I came to fourways life on 01/04/2013, really late in the trauma and emergency section. i filled in my details and signed on the register they have there. it is clear i was there since the 01/04/2013 because all the accounts and records state that, i didn't expect to be admitted into hospital but i was, i was too sick to think and the doctors and nurses were very good. but there's nothing worse than coming out of the hospital, getting my meds and hearing my savings in medical aid has been exausted due to my hospital stay. i phoned my medical aid and they said they only recieved the admission from 02/04/2013 from Fourways Life. I stayed in casualty for about 2-3hours (roughly) before being admitted. All the treatment and hospital bills done prior to 02/04/2013 were sent to discovery and taken out my MSA account instead of hospital account. i still have an account from Ampath that now want to hand us over because the medical aid won't pay, because according to them i was only admitted from 02/04/2013 instead of the 01/04/2013, please can someone help us by fixing this, would greatly appreciate :(
