First I would to start by thanking Elize for always been there and caring towards any crisis I had. She was the one person at Essential I could depend on and count on doing her job and even other people's jobs. All these years of me being with Essential is Elize, she is the reason I stayed so long with Essential. Elize always cared, went beyond her call of duty to assist me. She is truly a great asset to your company. Just a suggestion for the future, Elize is a true example of what service is. Elize I hope you are MD of Essential as I have not seen service like yours ever, you Elize can teach a few people at essential a few things. I will miss Elize as I am cancelling my essential and I hope the CEO reads this compliment. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Elize for being who you are.
