My wife was still not well & i took her back to the GP on Wednesday eve 6th March 2013. he said that her infection was still bad & admission to hospital stil needs to be done. on Thursday my GP wrote a motivating letter to Essential med to get her admitted to Hospital. Thanks to Elize at Essential med my wife was enventually admitted to the hospital on Friday 8 March. this is a follow up compliment to essential med on the follow up service. we dont need to be badmouthed before we get service delivery. in my wife's case it was an emergency on da saturday afternoon & she shud have been admitted on the 2nd March. hope she has no serious damage to her ears.
