My son got injured during a rugby game on 03 August 2013. He was taken to hospital with the ambulance due to a torn medial ligament. The policy require that we pay for casualty visits and claim afterwards. We paid the hospital and submitted all the claim forms the week after. Up until today we have not been reimbursed by Essential Med. This now 2 months later after we were told this will be finalised by the 20th of September. I find this very frustrating because i must do all the follow up as they don't even keep you in the loop of any delays.
