First National Bank
The Premier Banker never replies to queries

FNB provides a service where you can contact my 'Premier Banker' via email or through the website. This is particularly handy as I don't always have a phone to call during office hours.

only problem is, every time I've tried, I have not once received a reply. I phoned once to complain about it, but the consultant on the other side wasn't interested at all, and they clearly haven't jacked up their system..
