Can't get a new smart device

I've been with FNB for more than 5 years. My salary has been coming into this account and I had also applied for a smart device (iPad 2) 2 years back which I have now fully settled. I'm an entrepreneur and my salary varies but I've made a point to pay all of my debit orders including the smart device. My credit score is clean and good. I wanted to get a new machine Macbook Pro 15" retina through istore vodacom contract but I thought let me try my bank since they have a better deal and I've had a contract with with them before. I am now told my application has been declined, not because I can't pay for it or my credit score is bad, but because I haven't had sufficient amount coming in my account every month yet this is my only personal account which my funds come into. I am so disappointed as I am told to wait for 3 months before I can apply. They are not even interested in the fact that I have settled the last smart device I had. I guess Banks only care about their terms and conditions not how they can help themselves, not you. So disappointed!!! I am with FNB because of their benefits. Perhaps I'm wrong. Perhapa I should look elsewhere. So disappointed!!!
