Smart device declined

I have applied for a smart device on Friday. Today I received a sms saying that my application is declined due to me not meeting a credit criteria. I have a great credit rating, a good customer to them, getting paid more than enough to afford the device. I'm really dissapointed in FNB. I meet all the criteria listed on the terms and conditions. What do I need more?
The reason for me coming to HelloPeter, is that FNB didn't reply on an email I send them a few weeks back on a different complaint. Hope I at least get a response here.
