No help for Deceased Estate after HORRIFIC MURDER

1year and 9 months ago my Fiance was murdered, and to date Standard bank send me from pillar to post with regards to helping me apply for a portion of the R530 000.00 of MY money that I paid into MY bond account to pay for the estate. Having to deal with his Murder is bad enough without having to deal with the lack sympathy or willingness to help sort out this problem, I have even tried to escilate the complaint internaly at Standardbank with NO joy!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP MEEEEE!!!
