WHY WOULD I WANT TO HAVE 2 CONTRACTS???

I was contacted in the first week of October for a UPGRADE. I even asked the lady who phoned to confirm all my detail what would happen to my old sim cards, after which she said that they will be converted to pay-as-you-go. On the 25th of October two debit orders went of my account. I contacted Bayport - I was informed that I actually applied for a new contract!!! I APPLIED FOR NOTHING - I WAS CONTACTED FOR AN UPGRADE. A gentlemen contacted me later to inform me that they will be investigating the matter and listen to the tapes and he promised to get back to me, before end of business on Friday 25 October... I'm still waiting... Just phoned again (this time I actually wrote down the name), spoke to Fana, who also promised to give me a call before end of business today... I WANT THIS ISSUE RESOLVED TODAY!! I don't need and don't want two contracts!!!
