Hi
So on the 15th October i made an application to open a business account and to register an entity.
I was told i have to send proof of ID and proof of address which i have done, to date after numerous calls to the call center i am still waiting for the business account to be opened.
The problem here is i start trade on the 12th of November and i do not have time to constantly call a call center to push them to do their job.
Service is not good, not what i expected from FNB, as a current FNB customer as well.
