Hellopeter, u r our last hope... This has been a very tough time for us, especially my mom. My dad died 2011 in Dec, mom let standard bank know and they told her that she should pay the monthly instalment of home loan, they promised her that once the estate late is settled, the insurance will pay off the house, refund her the money she paid and they difference will be paid into the estate late account she was told to open. After montsh of following up with the above mentioned consultants n numerous call made by both my mom and her lawyer, the finally settled the home loan account, now its been months since she was promised that they will credit the estate late account with the available balance from home loan nd the money she paid since my dad died, nothing of the sort happened, we checked the statement and the money is reduced as they debit Interests nd insurance monthly, pls hellopeter help my mom as she is always sad and frustrated as standardbank promised her all ths years :-(...
