I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING RESPONSE FROM FNB IN CONECTION WITH A COMPLAINT ON HALLO PETER ON A PRE-APPROVED CREDIT CARD THAT WAS DECLINDE 2 JAN 2013.

I WAS CONTACTED BY FNB AS WELL ASKING ME FOR INRORMATION WITCH I SENDED TO THEM BY THE 16 JAN 2013. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY WORD FROM THE CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT ON THIS MATTER. I HAVE SENDED 3 E-MAILS REGARDING THE MATTER, NOW RESPONS. I DID CALL FNB AS WELL NOW ONE CAN GIVE ME FEEDBACK ON THE ABOVE REF NO NOT EVEN THE CREDITCARD DEPARTMENT. ALL THAT I GET IS: WE DO NOT HAVE ANY THING ON A REF NO AS ABOVE.
CAN I PLEASE BE ASSISTED IN THIS MATTER REGARDING MY REF NO AS ABOVE.
