I have a Virgin Money Credit Card.
I informed Virgin before I left on holiday that I will be out of the country and asked that they not block my credit card if I make overseas transactions.
Today, the blocked my credit card nonetheless. This has caused me extreme problems, and I ask, as a matter of urgency, that my card be reinstated, as I cannot pay for anything.
I am extremely disappointed in this course of conduct, as I do not see the point in calling to inform Virgin that I am going overseas, if they still go ahead and block my card.
Please unblock my card urgently,
I am out of the country, and will not be able to take any telephonic calls in relation to this subject matter, but my ID number is entered in the private detail section of this complaint, and I trust you can pull up my details from there.
